Oasis

 Agency: Digit

Digit were one of 8 companies asked to pitch for the re-deisgn of the Oasis website. We produced 3 different routes all based around the creative thought 'Shopping, not just buying'

We wanted to recreate the feelings you experience when shopping in reality, and bring it into an online environment. I wanted to give my design a 'boutique' feel, to engage the customers and make them feel as if they were buying something unique and tailored to them.

The BBC player

 Agency: Digit

The BBC put this pitch out to design their IMP player. The player was a downloadable application that would integrate with the BBC's website and give users access to all current BBC programmes and their entire back catalogue.

I was one of a team of five that worked to produce a design that could quickly and simply sort a lot of information, and help users navigate to the content they wanted without having to trawl through long lists of programmes.

Motorola Retail

 Agency: Digit

Motorola approached Digit to help them put together their first retail store in America. Working with several other design consultancies digit helped to design all the interactive and on-screen elements within the store

I designed the graphics that would sit in each area of the store and play on a small ‘totem screen’ that would hang down from the ceiling

I also helped shoot video for a ‘whispering window’. A new technology that enables moving images to be projected onto glass

Target Neutral (route 1)

 Agency: Digit

Target Neutral is a carbon off-setting scheme, BP customers collect points for every litre of petrol they buy, the points are turned into cash and used to provide alternative energy sources such as solar panels and wind turbines to community projects.

My first route was quite straight forward, using a graphic sticker motif to show how adding BP's Target Neutral to your school run could help power a sports centre

 Agency: Digit

For my second route I took inspiration from the diagramatical comic style of the 'Jimmy Corrigan: Smartest Kid on Earth' books, I designed and illustrated a style that would be carried through from the website into banners and other online advertising.

50 Lessons

 Agency: Digit

50 Lessons is a company that interviews business leaders about their experiences on the way to the top, what they've learnt and what advice they can pass on. The company markets a series of dvds with accompanying literature and tailors their packages to different business sectors.

Digit were approached to pitch for the design of their website, as they were about to start a big marketing push and wanted a site that would help promote their product. They wanted the site to be used to help companies figure out exactly what 50 lessons could offer them specifically, and help a user tailor their package online.
